I’m looking at getting into flipping houses. Do you know of any really good books that have good information in them?

I am curious. Don’t you read the business section of the newspaper. House Flippers of yesterday are now House Floppers. Wallowing in debt.

Be careful in this arena. I know several investors that are holding properties far longer than they anticipated. While you can make good money you should adjust your expectations accordingly.

Here is some additional info. Hope this helps.

The Weekend Millionare is a pretty good book. It focuses more on investing in rental property but many of the same techniques apply. If you have no real estate experience it would be good to find a good real estate agent/broker for your first couple of deals at least. Many experienced real estate investors use multiple agents to find the deals, it saves a lot of time sifting through potential properties.
