What’s a good career in real estate now that flipping houses seems to be dying out?

flipping houses

I’ve read a lot of things about how flipping houses is starting to be less of a successful career, however I was aiming to do that down the road. I’m 21 and going to a local community college for an associates degree in business, and then I was thinking of going to real estate school or something like that. Now I don’t know if that’s such a great idea with the real estate market becoming so bumpy.

Anyone have any ideas on another career path in real estate that I can aim for (and make lots of money :) )?

The best choice for a Real Estate Career is becoming a Loan Officer. The timing is now. The reason is alot of people need help with Re-Financing due to ARMs (adjustable rate mortgages). Not only that the summer is around the corner and people who live in Apartments get the itch to purchase homes. Thats where you come in. I wish you the very best!

Think outside the box.. Diversify.

Make money work for you in another way as the market is a buyers market right now in Real Estate and unless you own a contruction company… diversify.
