Only if you want to destroy your credit before you graduate.

Seriously...unless you have the cash flow to pay for everything, you don't spend money that you have no idea of where it's coming from.

Your parents own rental houses, however, they probably have it calculated on how many can stay vacant and they can still make the mortgage payments.

I also don't think you have any clue on what it takes to successfully flip a house...and when you get to college, working isn't going to be a priority...getting your degree is...and there is a REASON why you only go to classes for 2 or 3 hours per day..b/c you need the rest of that time to study.

Ever noticed on the flip shows....those guys are out there ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.

Wait until you graduate.

Maybe the family will let you be in charge of one of these homes for the purpose of turning it into a flipper. Getting bids on repairs, hiring workers, scheduling which jobs first, determining market value, etc.

You could then see if it's something that is profitable in your market area & learn a lot about the business along the journey.
